All purchases (with exception to DVDs ordered online) are non refundable, non transferable, non suspendable, and there are no extensions on passes.

All Member Passes must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Member Passes are issued at the studio only; no passes will be mailed out for online orders. DVD's ordered online have a 12-month, 100% money back guarantee, except for those issued out as "FREE". DVD's purchased at the studio are non refundable.     FREE DVD's included in Member Passes are issued after your 6th class.
